Supply of Tools for Operational and Maintenance in Data Center and Associated Equipment

The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control through Headquarters NADRA Islamabad invites eligible bidders for the supply of tools required for operational and maintenance activities in the Data Center and associated equipment. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad location under the Ministry’s direct supervision. Items being procured: - Tools for Operational and Maintenance in Data Center and Associated Equipment The technical scope covers the supply of specialized tools essential for maintaining the data center infrastructure and its associated hardware. Bidders must ensure that all supplied tools meet the required standards for durability and functionality to support continuous operations. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and inclusion on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL). Bidders must also provide NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration proof, Business Registration Proof, and an undertaking of non-blacklisting on company letterhead. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Lowest Cost Based Selection (LCBS) evaluation in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4th August 2026 at 1100 hrs at the Procurement Department, Headquarters NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. The deadline for bid submission is Monday, 17th August 2026 at 11:00 AM via the EPADS v2.0 e-bidding system. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
