Supply of Training Material, Tools & Consumables for Various Draftsman and Electronics Courses

The Govt. Technical Training Institute 47 NB Sargodha invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System - Punjab Portal under a single stage one envelope procedure from eligible bidders/firms/contractors registered for income tax and sales tax with government bodies/departments. The procurement is for training material on a lot-wise basis for the session 2026-27. Items being procured: - Lot-1: Supply of Civil Draftsman & Mechanical Draftsman Training Material, Tools & Consumables - Lot-2: Supply of Welding Training Material, Tools & Consumables - Lot-3: Supply of HVACR G-II Training Material, Tools & Consumables - Lot-4: Supply of HVACR G-III Training Material, Tools & Consumables - Lot-5: Supply of Electrician Training Material, Tools & Consumables - Lot-6: Supply of Electronics Application Training Material, Tools & Consumables - Lot-7: Supply of Electronics Application G-III Training Material, Tools & Consumables - Lot-8: Supply of CHEF Training Material - Lot-9: Supply of Electrician G-III Training Material, Tools & Consumables The materials and tools must comply with approved lists and specifications. Bidders must be active taxpayers for NTN and GST; exemptions require proof. Bids must be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System - Punjab Portal by 03-11-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft favoring Principal, Govt. Technical Training Institute 47 NB Sargodha and must be uploaded during bid submission. The original bid security must reach the institute before bid opening at 10:30 AM on 03-11-2026. Evaluation will be lot-wise with the lowest evaluated responsive bidder awarded each lot. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. All government taxes will be deducted as per prevailing rules. Attested copies of active NTN and GST status must be attached. Avoid erasing or overwriting on bid documents; if any corrections are made, they must be signed.
