Supply of Transformer Oil Class-1 to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi Islamabad Rajjar Wah

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is procuring Transformer Oil Class-1 for its regional stores located in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah. This procurement is critical for maintaining the operational efficiency and reliability of electrical transformers across these regions. The technical scope includes the supply of 180,000 liters of Transformer Oil Class-1, which must conform to the relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications as amended to date. The material will be delivered free of cost to the specified IESCO regional stores. Bidders must be pre-qualified or registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) and have valid prototype approval if applicable. Registration with FBR for the financial year 2025-26 is mandatory, along with compliance to all technical and financial requirements. Eligible bidders should have a strong track record in supplying transformer oil and must submit a sealed bid security or guarantee valid for 150 days in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The bid security amount is PKR 1,810,800. The tender will be opened on 27th April 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the IESCO Head Office in Islamabad.
