Interested bidders must be registered with EPADS 2.0 and submit their bids electronically through the EPADS portal before the prescribed closing date and time. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an acceptable form such as Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan valid for 150 days after the tender opening date. The tender will remain valid for 120 days after opening. The tender opening will be public in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan. Manual bids will not be accepted.
