Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids through Single Stage - One Envelope Bidding Procedure for the supply of TRW material from firms and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is based on local funds and prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties. Re-furbished, re-manufactured, or re-filled products are not acceptable. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents with detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Interested bidders should register on EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 28.08.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted in the office before the online submission deadline, otherwise bids will not be opened.
