Supply of Twisted Pair Drop Wire (LW-91) to NTC on DDP Site Basis

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Twisted Pair Drop Wire (LW-91) on DDP site basis for the financial year 2026-27. The delivery schedule is 12 weeks from contract signing with a 3-week delivery period after go-ahead. The contractor must provide a 1-year warranty on the supplied goods. Eligibility criteria include being a manufacturer of telecom cables in Pakistan, active FBR registration, no blacklisting, and prior experience supplying similar cables to NTC or licensed telecom operators. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
