Supply of Tyres for Pakistan Security Printing Corporation Karachi

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of various tyres required for its fleet in Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Tubeless tyres Bridgestone size 165/70 R-12 (16 qty) - Tyres with tube for Millat Tractor size 12.4-24 (2 qty) - Tyres with tube for Water Bowser/Tanker size 9.00-20 (2 qty) - Tyre size 195/R15 C8PR (4 qty) - Tyre size 195/65/R-15 (4 qty) - Tubeless tyre size 175/70R13 (8 qty) - Tubeless tyres size 205/70R15C for Toyota Hilux (4 qty) All tyres must be brand new, of "A" quality, manufactured within the last six months, and covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Only manufacturers or their authorized distributors/resellers are eligible to submit bids and must provide documentary evidence of authorization. The makes accepted include Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Dunlop, Yokohama, Toyo, or equivalent. The delivery location is Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi, with delivery required within 30 days of issuance of purchase order. Bidders must comply with all eligibility criteria including FBR registration and must submit bid security or bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online only via EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid security original must be submitted physically at the address before the deadline.
