Supply of Tyres for Official Vehicles for Punjab Ring Roads Authority

Punjab Ring Roads Authority invites sealed bids package wise from reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Department for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) purposes with active taxpayer profile and adequate experience for supply of tyres for official vehicles. Items being procured: - Procurement of Tyres for Punjab Ring Roads Authority Bids will be received and processed on Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Documents are available from the date of publication and can be downloaded from the websites of Punjab Ring Roads Authority (prra.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security of 350,000 PKR must be submitted as described by BO/PPRA/PITB. Sealed bids prepared in conformity with bidding instructions must reach through E-PROCUREMENT (http://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) to the office of the Deputy Director (A&C) no later than 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives with valid authority letters. Punjab Ring Roads Authority is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by courier or post office. If the submission day is a holiday, the next day will be treated as closing date. The authority may reject all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
