Supply of Tyres, Tubes and Flaps to UET Lahore Transport Fleet

The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore invites qualified manufacturers, authorized distributors, importers, and sole agents of foreign principals to submit technical and financial proposals for the supply, delivery, and after-sales support of tyres, tubes, and flaps for the UET Lahore Transport Fleet. This procurement is managed by the Chairman Transport Committee Office at UET Lahore, located on G.T. Road. Items being procured: - Tyres - Tubes - Flaps The bidding documents must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System website (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 14-09-2026 (Monday) no later than 10:00 a.m. The proposals will be opened online on the same day at 10:30 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security amounting to Rs. 204,660/- (2% of the estimated cost) must accompany each bid electronically in accordance with Punjab E-Procurement System regulations. Failure to comply will result in rejection of the offer. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. Interested bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System to be eligible. If the opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the opening will be deferred to the next working day at the same time.
