Supply of Tyres, Tubes and Flaps to UET Lahore Transport Fleet

The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore invites well reputed firms, authorized distributors, importers, and sole agents of foreign principals to submit technical and financial proposals for the supply, delivery, and after-sales support of tyres, tubes, and flaps for the UET Lahore Transport Fleet. Items being procured: - Tyres - Tubes - Flaps The procurement is conducted on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis (Technical and Financial Proposals). Bidders must have sufficient managerial, technical, and financial capabilities to fulfill the contract requirements. The bidding documents must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System website (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 14-09-2026 before 10:00 a.m. Technical and financial proposals will be opened online on the same day at 10:30 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security amounting to Rs. 204,660 (2% of the estimated premium amount) must be submitted electronically in accordance with Punjab E-Procurement System regulations. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders are advised to register on the Punjab E-Procurement System portal to be eligible for participation.
