Supply of Uniform and Related Items for Pakistan Rangers Punjab Headquarters

Pakistan Rangers Punjab invites registered firms for supply of uniform and related items on free delivery basis at their Headquarters located on Ghazi Road, Lahore-33 for the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Items being procured: - Shirt & Trouser - Vest Cotton H/S - Vest Cotton F/S - Scarf - Towel - Blanket - Jersey (Black) - Durree - Luppa - Cap Badge - Collar Badges - Firm Sign - Firm Sign (Ceremonial) - Rangers Tape Cbt Uniform - Rifle Oil - Flannelette Cloth The procurement is managed by Pakistan Rangers Punjab department in Lahore. The scope includes supply of all listed items with prices inclusive of transportation and all taxes. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a refundable Bid Security in the form of CDR amounting to 2% of the estimated cost, favoring Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Securities Fund. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total tender cost within 15 days of acceptance. All firms must mention their sales tax registration and NTN number in their quotations, or their bids will be rejected. Bidders are required to register on EPADS V2.0 by 11 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and submit bids online through EPADS as well as hand-deliver technical and financial documents before the closing time. E-bids will be opened on 11 August 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of authorized representatives.
