Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Quetta Regional Head Office invites suppliers for the procurement of uniforms under the EPADS V2.0 project for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support the operational needs of NADRA in Quetta, Balochistan. The tender reference number is NADRA/SBD/Uniform/2026-27/01.

The scope of this procurement includes the supply of high-quality uniforms tailored to meet the specifications required for the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0. The uniforms must comply with the standards set by NADRA and be suitable for official use by staff involved in the EPADS project. The procurement will be conducted through a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess a valid Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Experience in supplying uniforms or related textile products to government departments or large organizations will be advantageous. Bidders should ensure compliance with all regulatory and technical requirements as outlined in the tender documents.
