NRSP Microfinance Bank Limited, a registered and licensed microfinance bank by the State Bank of Pakistan, invites well-reputed companies to submit proposals/quotations for a variety of technical and operational supplies and services. The procurement includes the supply of UPS - Pure Sine Wave 3KVA 24BDC with long backup single phase in single phase output, Anti Virus Trend Micro with 1500 seats cloud-based solution on premise-based solution, Deep Security Enterprise Solution - Trend Micro cloud-based solution on premise-based solution, Debit Card Production & Plastic including supply and production of debit card plastic, NFC enabled cards, magnetic strip where applicable, design, printing and security features compliant with applicable banking/payment card standards. Card Personalization involving printing and embossing of cardholder information, chip/magnetic-strip encoding/Pin related services where applicable, secure handling of customized card data. Card Stuffing, Packaging & Stationery including card insertion into carrier letters, pin mailer handling where applicable, packaging, secure card carrier letter-wise sorting and bundling, stationery & secure custody. Operational Services for production/operational based on authorized bank files including inventory management, reconciliation, replenishment renewal/replacement, courier/delivery production, MIS reporting, secure destruction of rejected/damaged/obsolete cards, data confidentiality and information security. Delivery & Logistics to secure transportation to designated branches/locations, delivery tracking, proof of delivery, defined TAT for regular and urgent requests. Liquid / Dry Batteries for UPS. Note Binding Machine and Note Sorting Machine. Interested bidders must be registered entities with valid FBR and Sales Tax registration. The last date for submission of proposals/quotations is 02 October 2026.
