A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department having their own offices with telephone and fax numbers for the purchase of different items and materials as per the detailed list below. The procurement is managed by the Pr. Accounts Officer in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Ready-to-Eat Food (Chicken Biryani and Chana Pulao) - Two Piece Dungarees - Protective Suits - Vests and Shorts - PVC Safety Signs / Posters - Roll Out Sheet Storage Racks - Heavy Duty Photocopiers - Fabrication Consumables for Welding - Heating & Cutting Torches for Welding - Equipment for Refueling & Maintenance - General Consumables (Single Stage Two Envelope Basis) - High Sulphur Furnace Oil - Lubricants different types - Supplying & Applying Acid Proof Chemical Coating at site office - Renovation/Up-gradation & Overhauling - Rack and Pinion Type Actuators - Accessories for Submersible & Ejector Pumps - Light, Heat Stress & Gas Monitoring Instruments - On-Load Tap Changer for Auxiliary/Standby Transformer - Intelligent Flow Rate Accumulators - Portable Digital Density Meters for Labs - Radiation Survey / Contamination Meters The technical scope covers supply of food items, protective clothing, safety signage, heavy duty photocopiers, welding consumables, fuel and lubricants, chemical coatings, renovation materials, pump accessories, and various monitoring instruments. The site of delivery and use is Islamabad. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 AM to 13:00 PM except Saturday, Sunday and holidays upon submission of a written request duly supported with the tender fee in the form of a non-refundable Bank Draft or Pay Order payable to Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call deposit will not be accepted. Tender fee is cash will not be acceptable. No tenders will be sold on the opening day. Tenders will be received up to 13:30 hours and will be opened on the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time as per rules. This tender can also be seen at PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.
