Supply of Various Items and Repair/Maintenance Works for District Lower Chitral Police

The District Police Office Lower Chitral invites sealed tenders/quotations from contractors and firms duly approved by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with renewed licenses for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement covers a wide range of supplies and repair/maintenance works for police stations across District Lower Chitral. Items being procured: - Supply of stationery items - Repair and maintenance of furniture - Major and minor repair/maintenance works of police buildings - Provision of meals/food for police personnel during emergencies, festivals, and election duties - Provision of private transport vehicles for police personnel during emergencies, festivals, and election duties - Supply of vehicle spare parts, tyres, tubes, batteries, lubricants (mobile oil), and execution of vehicle repair/maintenance works - Supply of various types of Machinery & Equipment - Procurement of miscellaneous items under the head of Other Contingencies The technical scope includes supply and maintenance services at police stations and related facilities in Lower Chitral. The works involve furniture repairs, building maintenance, vehicle servicing, and provision of meals and transport during critical duty periods. Machinery and equipment supply is also included, along with miscellaneous contingency items. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) and possess valid licenses renewed for the current financial year. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 100,000/- as earnest money/security must accompany each tender. Bidders with NTN must provide complete tax-related documents. Tender documents can be obtained from the District Police Officer’s office during office hours. The tender opening is scheduled for 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
