Supply of Various Individual Items, Security, Janitorial and Maintenance Services to Regional Tax Office-II Karachi

The Federal Board of Revenue, through its Regional Tax Office-II (Inland Revenue) Karachi, invites sealed bids for the supply of various individual items along with provision of security services, janitorial services, and maintenance services for different articles at the Regional Tax Office-II premises in Karachi. This procurement covers a wide range of items and services as detailed in the attached annexures A, B, C, D, E, L for supply items and F, G, H, I, J, K, M, N for services and maintenance. Items being procured include: - Various individual supply items as per Annexures A, B, C, D, E, L - Security services - Janitorial services - Maintenance services including repair and maintenance of residential building (Annexure-N) covering civil works such as dismantling, plaster, tile flooring, door frames, wooden doors, MS grills, aluminum windows, plumbing works including drainage and water supply system, toilet and kitchen fittings, electric works including switch boards, sockets, exhaust fans, kitchen cabinets, and other related items. The scope includes delivery and completion as per schedule at the Regional Tax Office-II, 4th Floor, Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. Bidders must provide earnest money in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to 5% of the total bid value in favor of Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office-II Karachi. Technical advice must be submitted in a separate envelope marked accordingly. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes marked Confidential to the office of the undersigned by 11:00 AM on 13-10-2026. The bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. Delivery charges and other incidental costs are to be borne by the supplier. Eligibility criteria include submission of company profile, valid tax registration certificates, digital invoicing integration certificate, Sindh Revenue Board certificate, EOBI, SESSI certificates, CNIC of proprietor, supply schedule, brochures, warranty and after-sales service details, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and active taxpayer status for income and sales tax. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that your bid envelope is clearly marked as instructed to avoid misplacement or premature opening. Also, provide complete samples of goods as required, as bids without samples may be rejected. Timely submission and compliance with all documentation requirements will enhance your chances of success.
