Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the supply of welding material at its Charsadda Camp, located near Tajo Bibi Girls College, Main Charsadda Bazaar, Charsadda. This procurement is specifically for welding-related items required by the procurement department of SNGPL in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender reference number is FCS/NSR/TE/015/26 with a closing date of 29th June 2026.
The technical scope includes a detailed list of welding materials such as Silky Romal, G.I Boxes, water coolers, canvas tarpaulins of various sizes, cutting sets with tip cleaners, grinders, plywood sheets, quick calipers, flood lights, web slings, iron cots, pipe lifting belts, field coils, carbon brushes, and carbon holders. All items must conform to the technical specifications provided in the tender documents and be delivered free of cost to the SNGPL store in Charsadda within 15 days of purchase order receipt. The materials will be subject to inspection and must meet the quality standards specified.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). They should also provide valid Sales Tax Registration, NTN, and Professional Tax Clearance Certificates for the financial year 2025-26. Experience in supplying similar welding materials and PEC registration relevant to the category is advantageous. Bidders must submit a bid bond and agree to provide a performance/warranty bond guarantee within 15 days of contract award.
The tender documents must be submitted through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) and one hard copy delivered to the Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Charsadda Camp before 15:00 hours on 29th June 2026. The public bid opening will be held the same day at 15:30 hours. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bidders should ensure their offers remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the General Terms and Technical Specifications (Appendices A, B, C) and ensure all required documents, including technical literature and bid bonds, are complete and attached. Any conditional bids or deviations may lead to disqualification. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute issues with EPADS or courier delays.
This tender offers a valuable opportunity for suppliers specializing in welding materials to engage with a major utility company in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Strict adherence to specifications, timely delivery, and compliance with all procedural requirements will be critical for success.
