Supply of X Ray Films, General Store, Stationary, Medicine, Lab, Printing and Dental Materials for THQ Hospital Kot Radha Kishen

THQ Hospital Kot Radha Kishen invites bids from registered firms and contractors for the supply of various medical and general items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering System (EPADS) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 (amended). Bidders must be registered on the punjab.eprocure.gov.pk portal and submit their bids online before the deadline. Items being procured: - X Ray Films & Fixer Developer (Estimated Cost: 1.50 Million PKR) - General Store Items (3.0 Million PKR) - Stationary Items (1.50 Million PKR) - Local Purchase of Medicine/Surgical Disposable Items day to day 15% (4.5 Million PKR) - Pathology Lab Items (3.0 Million PKR) - Printing Material (2.5 Million PKR) - Dental Material (1.0 Million PKR) The scope includes supply of medical consumables, laboratory items, printing materials, stationery, and general store items required for hospital operations. All bids must include earnest money in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each item. Original instruments must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee before the closing time. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with FBR and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority portal. Bidders must comply with all PPRA rules and submit complete bids without amendments or conditional offers. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 01.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. The last date for bid submission on EPADS is 12.09.2025 till 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
