Supply of X Ray Films, General Store, Stationary, Medicine, Pathology Lab, Printing and Dental Materials for THQ Hospital Kot Radha Kishen

THQ Hospital Kot Radha Kishen invites bids for the supply of various essential items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering System (EPADS) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014, amended to date. Items being procured: - X Ray Films & Fixer Developer (Estimated Cost: Rs. 1.50 Million) - General Store Items (Rs. 3.0 Million) - Stationary Items (Rs. 1.50 Million) - Local Purchase of Medicine/Surgical Disposable Items day to day 15% (Rs. 4.5 Million) - Pathology Lab Items (Rs. 3.0 Million) - Printing Material (Rs. 2.5 Million) - Dental Material (Rs. 1.0 Million) The scope includes supply of medical, surgical, laboratory, printing, dental, stationary, and general store materials to support hospital operations. Bidders must upload earnest money in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each item. Original instruments must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee before the closing time. Bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope method as per PPR-2014. Manual, conditional, telegraphic, or postal tenders will not be entertained. The last date for bid submission on EPADS is **12.09.2026 till 10:00 AM** with bid opening at **12.09.2026 11:30 AM**.
