Supplying and Fixing Mechanical and Electrical Parts, Repair and Maintenance of Pumping Stations, Buildings, and Drains in North Dadu Drainage Division Larkana

The Executive Engineer North Dadu Drainage Division Larkana invites bids for the financial year 2026-27 for comprehensive procurement involving mechanical and electrical parts, repair and maintenance services for pumping stations, residential and office buildings, and drainage systems. This tender is specific to the North Dadu Drainage Division in Larkana, Sindh. Items being procured: - Rewinding of Electric Motors (100 H.P, 20 H.P, 15 H.P) - Supply of modern enameled copper wire - Air Breaker Contact Sets (3TB 4817 and 3TB 4617) - Magnetic coils for breakers - Ball bearings (NTN Japan) - Bio metal relays and time relays (Siemens and Japan) - Repair of circuit breakers (200, 600, 1000 Amp) - Wiring for delta star system of electric motors - Repairing stuffing boxes with cum seal cages - Rubber bearing bushes and threaded shafts - Repair of impellers and pumps - Supply and fixing of suction and column pipes (14" and 20" dia) - Motor cooling fans - Repair and rewinding of transformer coils (200, 400, 630 KVA) - Supply of transformer oil and grease - Repair and maintenance of drains including bulldozer, excavator, dumper, tractor hire - Supply of various materials like gunny bags, lanterns, nylon rope, kerosene oil, batteries - Cleaning and maintenance of overhead tanks, septic tanks, sewerage systems - Supply of GI pipes, bib cocks, sockets, elbows, unions, pillar cocks, waste pipes - Supply of electrical items like cutouts, copper wire, bulbs, switches, capacitors - Repair and maintenance of government vehicles including crank shafts, brake parts, shock absorbers, batteries, radiators The technical scope covers supply and installation of electrical and mechanical components, rewinding and repair of motors and transformers, maintenance of pumping stations and drainage infrastructure, and repair of residential and office buildings. The site is the North Dadu Drainage Division area in Larkana. The scale is annual procurement on an as-needed basis with detailed item quantities and specifications provided. Eligibility requires valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration up to June 2027 in the relevant category if bid exceeds PKR 4 million, FBR and SRB registration, and evidence of satisfactory completion of similar works in the last 3 years. Earnest Money of PKR 1,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit is mandatory. Bidding documents fee is PKR 3,000 non-refundable.
