This tender invites bids for sweeping and cleaning of roads, streets, open surface drains, and sewerage lines in Wards 11 and 12 of Town Committee Dighri, Mirpurkhas. The contract covers a six-month period from 1st February 2026 to 31st July 2026, with an estimated cost of PKR 3 million funded through OZt Share. The scope includes regular cleaning to maintain sanitation and hygiene in the specified wards, ensuring open drains and sewerage lines remain clear to prevent waterlogging and health hazards.
The work requires experienced firms familiar with municipal sanitation services, including waste collection, dumping, and recycling. Contractors must have valid licenses from the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste management and demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience. The site is urban with typical challenges of maintaining cleanliness in populated wards, requiring efficient manpower deployment and adherence to environmental standards.
Bidders should be registered in the waste management sector and hold valid Sindh Revenue Board certificates. Firms must comply with FBR/ATL requirements and submit updated tax returns for 2025. The contract demands an annual turnover above PKR 30 million and audited financial statements for 2025. PEC registration is not applicable as this is a service contract. The tender process follows the amended SPPRA 2010 rules, with earnest money of 2% of the bid value required in the form of a pay order or bank draft.
