Tender Description
This tender invites bids for sweeping of roads, streets, and cleaning of open surface drains and sewerage lines in Wards 05-06 of Town Committee Dighri, Sindh. The contract duration is six months, starting from 1st February 2026 to 31st July 2026, with an estimated cost of PKR 3 million funded through OZT Share.
The scope covers comprehensive sanitation services including street sweeping and sewerage cleaning to improve public hygiene and sanitation infrastructure in Dighri. The work requires mobilization of cleaning staff and equipment to maintain open drains and sewerage lines, ensuring smooth drainage and reducing health hazards. The site conditions in Dighri demand efficient waste management and timely execution to meet local environmental standards.
Bidders must be registered in the Waste Management sector and hold valid licenses from the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste. Firms should have a minimum of five years’ experience in rural and municipal waste management, including recycling and landfill operations. Compliance with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration and updated NTN and FBR ATL status for 2025-26 is mandatory. The firm must also be certified by GWCN and UN Global Compact, with an annual turnover exceeding PKR 30 million supported by an updated audit report.
The submission deadline is set for 27th January 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day. Bidding documents are available from the Town Officer, Town Committee Dighri, during office hours. Earnest money of 2% of the bid value must accompany the tender in the form of a pay order or bank draft.
