Tender Description
The Town Municipal Corporation Mir Shar Muhammad Khan Talpur in Mirpurkhas, Sindh, is procuring sweeping and cleaning services for roads, streets, and open surface drains and sewerage lines across six Union Committees for a period of six months from 1st June 2026 to 30th November 2026. This tender covers outsourcing labor services specifically for sanitation and cleaning tasks in the municipal area.
The technical scope includes sweeping of roads and streets, cleaning of open surface drains, and sewerage lines in multiple Union Committees. The contract requires experienced firms with a valid license for non-hazardous waste management from the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and registration with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under the Waste Management sector. Firms must have a minimum of five years of experience in waste management, solid waste management certification from a national or international level institute, and an annual turnover exceeding PKR 30 million supported by an updated audit report for 2025. Additionally, firms must have been awarded at least 50 contracts of e-paid work in the financial year 2025-26.
The earnest money required is 2% of the bid amount, payable via pay order or bank draft in favor of the Town Municipal Corporation Mir Shar Muhammad Khan Talpur. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids in a single-stage, one-envelope procedure. The tender fee is PKR 1000, and bids must be uploaded on the e-PAID site by 12:00 pm on 20th May 2026, with bid opening at 12:30 pm the same day.
