Hiring of LWMC Approved Contractor for Sweeping of Roads, Footpaths, Greenbelts and Solid Waste Collection, Lifting and Disposal at Govt Approved Landfill Site for Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat Lahore

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites bids for the hiring of services from LWMC approved contractors, firms, or companies for the sweeping of roads, footpaths, greenbelts, and solid waste collection, lifting, and disposal at the government approved landfill site (Lakhodair) for Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. Items being procured: - Sweeping of roads (Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat) - Sweeping of footpaths - Sweeping of greenbelts - Solid waste collection, lifting, and disposal at Govt. approved landfill site (Lakhodair) The technical scope includes comprehensive cleaning and waste management services across all roads, footpaths, and greenbelts within the industrial estate, with all collected waste to be transported and disposed of at the designated landfill. Only LWMC approved contractors registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PRA (with active taxpayer status) are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 432,000 (2 percent of the estimated cost) in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order, exclusively issued by The Bank of Punjab (BOP). The original bid security must be submitted digitally on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). E-bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 25th August 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Incomplete bids, those without original bid security, or those submitted by other than the specified mode will not be considered. Firms blacklisted by PIEDMC or PPRA, or those providing false information, will have their bids cancelled and may face punitive action.
