Hiring of LWMC Approved Contractor for Sweeping of Roads, Footpaths, Greenbelts and Solid Waste Collection, Lifting and Disposal at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat Lahore

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) is inviting bids for the hiring of a contractor, firm, or company (LWMC approved) for the sweeping of roads, footpaths, greenbelts, and solid waste collection, lifting, and disposal at the government-approved landfill site (Lakho Dair) for Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. Items being procured: - Sweeping of roads (Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore) - Sweeping of footpaths - Sweeping of greenbelts - Solid waste collection, lifting, and disposal at government-approved landfill site (Lakho Dair) The technical scope includes comprehensive cleaning and sweeping of all designated areas within the industrial estate, ensuring proper collection and transportation of solid waste to the approved landfill. Only LWMC approved contractors/firms/companies registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PRA (with active ATL status) are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 432,000 (2 percent of the estimated cost) in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order, exclusively issued by The Bank of Punjab (BOP). The original bid security must be submitted digitally on the e-Procurement portal. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), PIEDMC website (www.pie.com.pk), and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 25th August 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM as per PPRA Rules, 2014. Incomplete bids or those without the required bid security will not be considered.
