Supply of Swing Ladders for Various Operations Locations

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites quotations for the supply of swing ladders for various operations locations within Karachi. The procurement involves fabrication and delivery of swing ladders made from structural materials as per the attached specifications, part list, and drawings. A sample swing ladder is available at PSO ZOT for visual reference only. Items being procured: - Swing ladders for Checking Bay at Keamari Terminal, quantity 35 units The scope includes procurement of all required structural materials, cutting, fabrication, welding, finishing/coating, loading, transportation, unloading, and delivery to the terminal premises. All work must conform to the specified dimensions, materials, and workmanship requirements. The contractor must fabricate and submit one sample swing ladder for PSO review and approval within 25 days from issuance of the Purchase/Work Order free of cost. The completed ladders will be inspected and accepted by the PSO Engineer. Any defective or non-conforming work must be rectified or replaced at no additional cost. The contractor is responsible for safe delivery within Karachi, including locations such as KTB Central Store. Any damage to PSO property during execution must be rectified at the contractor's cost. Compliance with PSO HSE requirements and provision of PPE to personnel is mandatory. Quoted rates must include all materials, labor, fabrication, transportation, loading/unloading, applicable taxes, and incidental costs. The entire job must be completed within 90 days from the Purchase/Work Order date. Delays will incur penalties of 0.1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the order value. Payment will be made against accepted and completed work, with part payments allowed. Bidders should ensure earnest money and other bid security requirements as per PSO instructions.
