Tender Description
The Material Management Directorate of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of a T-83 Digital 3-Phase Power Analyzer with Portable CT's and PT's. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement reference number is P115936.
Items being procured:
- T-83 Digital 3-Phase Power Analyzer with Portable CT's and PT's (Quantity: 1)
The technical specifications require the equipment to conform to relevant local and international standards. Each procured equipment will be assigned a unique serial number permanently marked on the device for identification and traceability. The delivery location is Islamabad, with a delivery schedule of 90 days from the date of contract award.
Eligible bidders must meet criteria including valid registration with FBR, no blacklisting, and compliance with WAPDA/NTDC specifications. Bidders must submit a bid security or bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents.
