Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services invites sealed tenders from contractors and firms for various term contracts and supply works at Gwa. These works include repair, renovation, and maintenance major works, as well as supply of bazar materials for different sub divisions of B&R and E&M departments.
Items being procured:
- Misc Works for Repair / Renovation / Maintenance Major / Minor Works at Gwa (5 contracts)
- Term Contract B&R (Decorative Works) for B&R Sub Division at Gwa (5 contracts)
- Term Contract B&R (Building Works) for B&R Sub Division at Gwa (10 contracts)
- Term Contract Internal Electric for E&M Sub Division at Gwa (5 contracts)
- Term Contract B&R Internal W/Sup & Sui Gas for E&M Sub Division at Gwa (4 contracts)
- Supply of Bazar Material B&R, Allied Items at Gwa (5 contracts)
- Supply of Bazar Material E&M, Allied Items at Gwa (5 contracts)
The scope covers a range of civil and electrical works including decorative, building, internal electric, water supply, and gas works. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have experience with MES setups in categories A, B, C, D & E. Firms must provide certificates confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them.
Applications for tender documents must be submitted to the General Engineer (A)-1 Gwa along with complete credentials. Tender documents will only be issued to pre-qualified contractors who meet the required conditions. The deadline for tender submission is 28 October 2026 by 11:30 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day.
