Term Contracts and Supply of Materials for Repair, Renovation, Maintenance, Electrical, Water Supply and Allied Works at Gwa

Items being procured: - Miscellaneous works for repair, renovation, maintenance, major and minor works at Gwa (5 contracts) - Term Contract for Building and Road (B&R) Decorative Works for B&R-I Sub Division at Gwa (5 contracts) - Term Contract for Building and Road (B&R) Building Works for B&R-I Sub Division at Gwa (10 contracts) - Term Contract for Internal Electrification for E&M Sub Division at Gwa (5 contracts) - Term Contract for Internal Water Supply and Sui Gas for E&M Sub Division at Gwa (4 contracts) - Supply of Bazar Material for B&R and allied items at Gwa (5 contracts) - Supply of Bazar Material for E&M and allied items at Gwa (5 contracts) The scope includes repair, renovation, maintenance, and major/minor works involving building and road works, internal electrification, water supply, and gas installation. The contracts are spread across multiple sub-divisions at Gwa, requiring experienced contractors with relevant PEC registration in categories A, B, C, D, and E. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide proof of registration. Firms must also demonstrate experience in similar works and submit complete credentials for scrutiny. Tender documents will only be issued to pre-qualified contractors. The tenders must be submitted to the General Engineer (A)-I Gwa office by 28 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them with government departments. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all PEC registration certificates and experience documents are complete and up to date before submission, as incomplete applications will not be entertained.
