TESCO 11 kV Feeder Construction, Rehabilitation and Electrification Works

Tribal Electric Supply Company (TESCO) invites electronic bids from contractors registered with PPRA E-PADS Version 2.0 and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers construction, provision, rehabilitation and village electrification works for 11 kV feeders in Bajaur, North Waziristan, Kurram, Khyber, Peshawar and adjoining areas. Mandatory tender and lot list: NCB No. 01/2026-27: New 11 kV independent feeder to Sheikh Kili Marble Factories, District Bajaur, estimated **PKR 7,264,146**; NCB No. 02/2026-27: separate or dedicated line for Cadet College Razmak and Army Textile Mills at College Road Miran Shah, North Waziristan, **PKR 1,122,882**; NCB No. 03/2026-27: 11 kV independent feeder to D-Type Hospital Doggar, District Kurram, **PKR 4,315,486**; NCB No. 04/2026-27: snowfalls damage repairs of 11 kV feeders and different villages of District Kurram, **PKR 1,630,919**; NCB No. 05/2026-27: 11 kV feeders rehabilitation and village electrification in Tehsil Jamrud, PK-70 District Khyber, **PKR 33,543,048**; NCB No. 06/2026-27: 11 kV feeders rehabilitation and village electrification in Landikotal, Bara and NA-27 District Khyber, **PKR 15,061,748**; NCB No. 07/2026-27: similar works in Hassan Khel, Peshawar and Kohat at Darra Adam Khel, **PKR 9,046,656**; NCB Nos. 08, 09 and 10/2026-27: new 11 kV independent feeders to D-Type Hospital Mamund, D-Type Hospital Pasht, and D-Type Hospital Landi FR Tank, respectively costing **PKR 22,998,470**, **PKR 24,579,730** and **PKR 4,049,116**. The scope includes transportation and safe handling of HT/LT steel structures, poles, excavation, foundations, backfilling, distribution lines, guy panels, accessories, testing and commissioning under applicable WAPDA, PPMC and TESCO standards. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers, registered with KPRA, FBR and Sales Tax, and demonstrate relevant PEC categories, experience and completed works. A non-refundable tender fee of **Rs. 3,000** and 2% bid security are required. Apply through PPRA E-PADS; submit the original CDR to TESCO Construction Division, Peshawar before closing.
