Tender Description
The Ministry of Science and Technology invites bids for a third-party review and audit of the National Meteorology Institute of Pakistan (NMIP) and its laboratories. The audit will assess institutional capacity, operational efficiency, and suitability of equipment.
The review focuses on accreditation status, financial viability, human resource issues, and overall impact. Bidders must be registered with e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and comply with tax authorities. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29th December 2025 at MoST Islamabad. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 19th January 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
