Tender Description
The Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST), Government of Pakistan, invites bids for conducting a third-party review and audit of the National Institute of Oceanography (NIO). The audit will assess institutional capacity, operational efficiency, financial viability, and suitability of equipment.
The scope includes evaluation of accreditation status, overall impact, and human resource issues. Bidding documents are available on EPADS and the Ministry's website. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29th December 2025. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 20th January 2026. A sealed bid security of 2% of the bid value is required. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any bids as per PPRA rules.
