Tender Description
The Ministry of Science and Technology invites bids for conducting a third-party review and audit of the Pakistan Halal Authority (PHA). The scope includes assessment of institutional capacity, operational efficiency, accreditation status, financial viability, and human resource issues.
The audit will focus on overall impact and suitability of equipment, including laboratories. Bidding documents are available on EPADS and the Ministry's website. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29th December 2025. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 20th January 2026 at 1:00 PM, with technical bids opening the same day at 1:30 PM. A 2% bid security is required in the form of a bank draft or call deposit receipt in favor of the Ministry.
