Tender Description
The Ministry of Science and Technology seeks bids for conducting a third-party review and audit of PCSIR focusing on institutional capacity, operational efficiency, and financial viability. Bids must be submitted via EPADS by the specified deadline.
The audit scope includes assessment of accreditation status, human resource issues, and equipment suitability. Bidders must be registered with EPADS and comply with tax authorities. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29th December 2025. Bid security of 2% of bid value is required in bank draft form. Technical bids will be opened on 20th January 2026 at 11:30 AM in Islamabad.
