Tender Description
The Ministry of Science and Technology invites bids for conducting a third-party review and audit of the Pakistan National Accreditation Council. The audit focuses on institutional capacity, operational efficiency, accreditation status, and related aspects.
The scope includes assessment of financial viability, overall impact, human resource issues, and equipment suitability for laboratories. Bidders must be registered with e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System and comply with tax authorities. Bidding documents are available online, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29th December 2025. Sealed bid security of 2% of bid value is required, with submission through EPADS by 20th January 2026 at 1:30 PM.
