Tender Description
The Ministry of Science and Technology invites bids for conducting a third-party review and audit of the Pakistan Science Foundation under its administrative control. The audit focuses on institutional capacity, operational efficiency, accreditation, financial viability, and human resource issues.
The assignment includes assessing overall impact, laboratory conditions, and equipment suitability. Bidders must be registered with e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System and appear on the ATL of FBR. Bidding documents are available on EPADS and the Ministry's website. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29th December 2025 at 1:00 PM in Islamabad. Bids must be submitted online by 19th January 2026 at 12:30 PM, with technical bids opened the same day at 1:00 PM.
