Tender Description
The Ministry of Science and Technology invites bids for a third-party review and audit of the Pakistan Standard Quality Control Authority (PSQCA). The audit will assess institutional capacity, operational efficiency, and suitability of equipment.
The scope includes evaluation of accreditation status, financial viability, human resource issues, and laboratory conditions. Bidders must be registered with e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System and tax authorities. Electronic bids are to be submitted via EPADS by 19th January 2026, with a pre-bid meeting on 29th December 2025 at MoST Islamabad.
