Third Party Validation (TPV) of Infrastructure Development of Islamabad Technopolis

Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA) invites bids for Third Party Validation (TPV) services related to the Infrastructure Development of Islamabad Technopolis located in Chak Shehzad Islamabad. This procurement is intended for pre-qualified firms registered with the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives (MoPD&SI) and listed on the active tax payer list of the FBR. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Third Party Validation (TPV) services for Infrastructure Development of Islamabad Technopolis The scope involves conducting independent evaluations and validations of the infrastructure development project to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Bidders must be experienced firms with relevant PEC categories and valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest Money and other bid securities should be provided as per the bidding documents. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms can be downloaded from the STZA website, PPRA website, and EPADs portal. Proposals must be submitted electronically on EPADs at https://eprocure.gov.pk by 20th October 2026 at 1100 hrs. The opening of proposals will be on the same day at 1130 hrs in the Committee Room of STZA in Islamabad. Bidders or their representatives are encouraged to attend the opening. In case of any government holiday or issue, the opening will be deferred to the next working day.
