Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for a Tool Structure Fabrication Facility (SFF) comprising 16 specific items as per Annexure A. Items being procured:

This procurement is based in Taxila and requires bidders to submit comprehensive documentation including registration or pre-qualification certificates issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or relevant government/semi-government organizations. Attested copies of Sales Tax registration, NTN certificate, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the last year, CNIC of CEO/Director, and OEM trade links for distributors or agents are mandatory. Additionally, a judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred is required.
