Tender Description
Military Engineer Services is inviting sealed tenders from eligible contractors and firms for the procurement of tools and plant at Gwa Cantt, Gujranwala. This notice is issued under the light of PPRA Rules 13 (i) of 2004 and aims to pre-qualify firms and issue tender documents for the specified work. The department is seeking experienced contractors who can fulfill the technical and field requirements for the job and area.
Items being procured:
- Procurement of Tools and Plant at Gwa Cantt (Approx. Cost Rs. 7,000)
The technical scope includes the supply and installation of tools and plant as per the requirements of the Military Engineer Services at Gwa Cantt. Contractors must have relevant experience and satisfy all special conditions required for the job. Only those firms with sufficient experience and proper credentials will be issued tender documents after scrutiny. All contractors must certify that they are not involved in any litigation with government departments and have no special report outstanding against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).
Eligibility criteria require all contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and to submit a copy of their registration certificate. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply. Firms enlisted with MES in Category A, B, C, D, or E and having experience of this type of work should apply. Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit 2 percent of the contract value as security in the form of earnest money as demanded by the accepting officer.
The deadline for submission of tenders is 11-09-2026 at 1130 hrs, and tenders will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same day. Tenders must be submitted in the office of the accepting officer. For further details, interested parties may contact the GE concerned or authorized representative from 0800 to 1500 hours on all working days.
