Tender Description

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (KP-TEVTA) based in Peshawar is inviting bids for the purchase of training equipment packages for various institutes across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement covers multiple projects including equipment for institutes in Chitral, Mohmand District, and several locations including D.I. Khan, Swat, Charsadda, Swabi, Karak, Paharpur, Tank, Rustam Mardan, and Palodheri Mardan. Items being procured: - Civil technology equipment - Hospitality technology equipment - IT/Computer equipment - General electrical equipment - Embroidery equipment - Motor cycle repair tools - Hair and beauty services equipment - Dress designing and making tools - Computer Lab/IT equipment for 5 institutes - Artificial Intelligence technology equipment The scope includes supply of specialized training tools and furniture tailored for technical and vocational education institutes. The equipment must meet minimum specifications approved by the KP-TEVTA Technical Committee, with higher specifications and branded items also acceptable. The procurement is conducted through the EPADS (E-PAK Acquisition Disposal System) platform, and manual bids will not be accepted. Eligible bidders must be authorized suppliers or manufacturers registered on EPADS, with valid FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience in supplying technical education equipment. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required as per the specified amounts for each project. The bid processing fee of Rs. 5,000 per project is non-refundable and must be paid via bank deposit to the KP-TEVTA fund account. The submission deadline is 29th July 2026, with bid opening scheduled the same day. Bidders should ensure timely online submission through the KP-PPRA EPADS system. The original CDR must be submitted to the procuring entity before the closing date and time. Successful bidders will be required to submit a 10% performance guarantee through CDR. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the detailed specifications and ensure all required documents, including the original CDR and bid processing fee receipt, are submitted on time to avoid disqualification. Familiarity with the EPADS system and early registration is recommended to prevent last-minute technical issues.
