The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Information Technology Board is inviting bids from well reputed IT firms, companies, and vendors for providing training programs under the project titled 'Establishment of Excellence Centers & IT Parks in Remaining District Mirpur, Kotli Havely, Sudhnoti & Jhelum Valley of AJK'. This procurement is specifically for services related to training delivery across multiple districts in Azad Jammu & Kashmir, with the issuing office located in Muzaffarabad. Items being procured: - Training programs for Excellence Centers - Training programs for IT Parks The scope involves delivering comprehensive training services aimed at capacity building and skill enhancement in IT-related fields. The project covers multiple districts including Mirpur, Kotli, Havely, Sudhnoti, and Jhelum Valley, ensuring a wide regional impact. The training programs are expected to be conducted with high standards, adhering to the technical requirements set by the IT Board. Eligible bidders must be well-established IT firms or companies with valid documentation including audit reports for the last three years, NTN certificates, tax returns for the last three years, and proof of authorized partnership or dealership. Firms must also submit a bid earnest money of PKR 7,000,000. The bidding process will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, ensuring transparency and compliance with AJ&K PPRA rules. The non-refundable bidding document fee is PKR 5,000, available from the office of the Director General, IT Board, Block C New District Complex Muzaffarabad. Completed bids must reach the specified address by 10th August 2026 before 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
