Tender Description
The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Islamabad is procuring consultancy services for hiring a Transaction Advisor Firm to provide legal, financial, technical, and procedural assistance in the settlement of a land dispute involving 407 Kanals at the OPF Housing Scheme, Zone-V, Islamabad. This assignment is critical for resolving complex land issues and requires a firm with extensive experience in transaction advisory, legal consultancy, land settlement, and real estate transactions.
The scope of work includes comprehensive advisory services covering legal due diligence, financial analysis, technical evaluation, and procedural guidance to ensure a smooth and lawful settlement process. The consultant will be expected to coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders, prepare necessary documentation, and assist in negotiations related to the land dispute.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and have valid ATL status. Firms should demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with preference given to those with over 10 years. Key personnel such as Team Leader/Transaction Advisor, Legal Expert, Land/Revenue/Real Estate Expert, and Financial/Tax Expert must have substantial experience as per the tender criteria. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and requires submission through the EPADS v2.0 platform.
