Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites qualified suppliers and contractors to submit bids for the procurement of transformer reclamation workshop material at their Regional Stores in Multan. This tender covers a comprehensive range of machinery and chemical lab equipment essential for workshop operations and maintenance. Items being procured: - Digital Truck Weighing Scale upto 50 Ton (5 Nos) - LT Winding Machine upto 1000 KVA T/F (1 No) - Digital HT Winding Machine (1 No) - Lath Machine (8 Feet, 90mm Bore) (1 No) - Pipe Molding Machine (1 No) - Electric Edge/Side Core Cutting Machine (1 No) - Straight Core Cutting Machine (3 Nos) - V Core Cutting Machine (1 No) - Walk through Metal Detector Gate for Security (5 Nos) - Industrial Heat Blower (5 Nos) - Vacuum Pump for Drying Electric Oven (3 Nos) - Acidity Testing Set (1 No) - Dissolve Gas Analysis Testing Set (1 No) - High Voltage Break Down Testing Set (1 No) - Peel / Twist Testing Machine (1 No) - Viscosity Testing Set (-20°C & 40°C) (1 No) The scope includes supply and delivery of heavy machinery such as winding machines, cutting machines, and lath machines, along with chemical lab testing equipment for quality control and safety assurance. All items must meet the technical specifications and quality standards required for transformer reclamation and workshop safety. Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for machinery supply and chemical lab equipment, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate prior experience in supplying similar industrial and electrical workshop equipment. Earnest Money and CDR must be submitted as per bidding documents. Bidding documents are available on EPADS Version 2.0 portal. The last date for submission is **06 August 2026** by 23:59:59. Bids will be opened half an hour after submission time electronically. Manual bids will not be accepted.
