Tender Description
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed quotations for the supply and repair of various electrical equipment and materials required for the maintenance and enhancement of its distribution network. This procurement is essential for ensuring reliable electricity supply and system stability in the Lahore region, in line with the latest WAPDA/LESCO specifications.
Items being procured:
- 3/Phase 200KVA pole mounted Transformer 0.415/11 KV (5 units, as per WAPDA/LESCO latest specification)
- Repair of 200 KVA pole mounted 0.415/11KV Transformer (4 units)
- 2/Core 7/.52/AL/PVC/LT Cable (1500 meters, as per LESCO latest spec)
- 11 KV Steel Insulator Pins (60 units)
- 11 KV Drop Out Cut Out D-Set (12 sets, as per LESCO latest spec)
- Stay Rod Complete (10 sets)
- Miscellaneous: PVC Tape (72 No.), PG T-150 (200 No.), Nutt & Bolts (200 No.), DA Bolts (200 No.), Earth Rod (200 No.), Eye Nut (200 No.), Bulb Holder (250 No.)
Suppliers must ensure that all items conform to the latest technical standards specified by LESCO and WAPDA. The scope includes both supply of new transformers and cables, as well as repair services for existing transformers. All materials must be delivered in accordance with the technical requirements and within the stipulated timelines.
Eligible bidders should be registered with relevant tax authorities and must provide valid documentation, including proof of ATL status and experience in similar electrical supply contracts. Earnest Money and CDR as per LESCO/WAPDA policy will be required at the time of bid submission. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the designated office by 12:00 PM on 24-09-2026. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
