Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement at Custom House, Peshawar is procuring transportation and destruction services for confiscated goods during the financial year 2025-26. This tender covers the movement of seized goods from all State Warehouses and Anti-Smuggling Units under the Collectorate to designated destruction points in Peshawar and DIK-Rata Kulachi. The scope includes transportation using heavy goods vehicles such as 40 ft and 20 ft containers, articulated lorries, and large trailers. Loading and unloading operations are part of the contract, along with the supervised destruction of goods using ignition materials. Additional items include provision of tables, sofa/chairs for sitting arrangements, sound systems, marquees, rostrums, cameras, drones for aerial shots, and sprinkler fans.
Eligible bidders must be authorized firms or contractors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, KPRA, and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Firms should have prior experience working with Pakistan Customs for transportation of goods or vehicles within the last three years. Legal compliance requires valid SECP or local business registration, NTN, GST registration, and no blacklisting or ongoing litigation. A non-refundable bidding document fee of PKR 5,000 is applicable. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12th June 2026 at Custom House, Peshawar.
Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope to the office of Assistant Collector (HQ), Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Custom House, Peshawar by 20th June 2026 at 10:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory and must be submitted with the technical bid. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the least cost criteria.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all mandatory documents including proof of tax filing, business registration, and experience certificates are complete and attached at the time of bid submission. Missing any required document will lead to immediate disqualification.
