Tender Description
Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids on EPADS V-2.0 under a single stage single envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules. The procurement is for PEC registered/renewed firms for the year 2026-2027 with category codes EE04 and EE05. Firms must have latest satisfactory performance certificates and completion reports of work orders issued by the work order issuing authority for services related to Manager Project Construction GEPCO Gujranwala for the year 2026-2027.
Items being procured:
- Transportation, Erection and Earthing of HT/LT PC Spun Hollow Poles 45, 36 & 31 ft long for each Construction Sub Division
- Assembling, Excavation, Erection, Making Concrete Foundation, Curing, Back Filling, Complete Earthing etc. to 31, 36, 45 & 58 Feet Long Steel Structures
The technical scope includes handling of HT/LT PC spun hollow poles of various lengths and complete earthworks for long steel structures. The work is to be executed under the supervision of Manager Project Construction GEPCO Gujranwala.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be PEC registered in the specified categories, active on the FBR tax payer list, and PRA registered. Earnest money of Rs. 400,000/- in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order valid for 120 days must accompany each tender. Conditional tenders or those without bid guarantee will not be accepted.
Tender submission deadlines are 12-11-2026 11:00 AM for tenders numbered 6/PD/City-1/2026-27 to 15/PD/SKG/2026-27, and 19-11-2026 11:00 AM for tenders numbered 16/PD/City-1/2026-27 to 23/PD/MBD/2026-27. Tender opening times are 12-11-2026 11:30 AM and 19-11-2026 11:30 AM respectively.
