Transportation, Safe Handling, Erection, Construction of Foundation and Back Filling of HT Structures 58, 45, 36 and LT Structures from Shakrial to Ghori Town (Part-B) IRO Const. Division IESCO Islamabad

The Village Electrification division of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the transportation, safe handling, erection, construction of foundation, and back filling of High Tension (HT) structures of heights 58, 45, 36 feet and Low Tension (LT) structures from Shakrial to Ghori Town (Part-B) under the jurisdiction of IESCO Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered with PEC under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and other required registrations including FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority. Items being procured: - Transportation and safe handling of HT Structure 58 feet (87 units) - Transportation and safe handling of HT Structure 45 feet (15 units) - Transportation and safe handling of HT Structure 36 feet (6 units) - Transportation and safe handling of LT Structure 31 feet (7 units) - Installation of earthing arrangements for HT/LT steel structures (398 units) - Installation of earth rods for distribution transformers on double structures/poles (30 units) - Installation of earth rods for distribution transformers on single structures/poles (30 units) - Installation and fixing of stay rods set complete (35 units) The scope includes collection of materials from designated IESCO stores in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, construction of foundations as per WAPDA specifications, erection of structures, back filling, and installation of earthing and stay rods. The work is to be executed under the supervision of the IESCO Construction Division Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant codes, registered with FBR for NTN and GST with active status, registered with Punjab Revenue Authority, and must have completed similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations. Financial capability must be demonstrated with audited financial statements showing net worth and cash flow as specified. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, August 28, 2026 at 09:30 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft must be submitted in hard copy to IESCO Head Office, Sector G7/4, Islamabad before the deadline. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price in the form of bank guarantee is required from the successful bidder. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all eligibility and submission requirements.
