The Village Electrification division of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the transportation, safe handling, erection, construction of foundation, and back filling of High Tension (HT) structures of heights 58, 45, 36 feet and Low Tension (LT) structures from Faizabad to Kurri Road (Part-A) under the jurisdiction of IESCO Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is referenced as P84247. Items being procured: - Transportation and safe handling of HT Structures 58 feet (87 units) - Construction of foundation and erection of HT Structures 58 feet - Transportation and safe handling of HT Structures 45 feet (15 units) - Construction of foundation and erection of HT Structures 45 feet - Transportation and safe handling of HT Structures 36 feet (6 units) - Construction of foundation and erection of HT Structures 36 feet - Transportation and safe handling of LT Structures 31 feet (7 units) - Construction of foundation and erection of LT Structures 31 feet - Installation of earthing arrangements for HT/LT steel structures (398 units) - Installation of earth rods for distribution transformers on double structures/poles (30 units) - Installation of earth rods for distribution transformers on single structures/poles (30 units) - Installation and fixing of stay rods (30 sets) The scope includes collection of materials from designated IESCO stores in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and execution of all works as per WAPDA specifications and drawings. The work site is located in Tehsil and District Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and have valid registrations with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and NTDC Lahore. Bidders should have completed similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations and must provide financial statements demonstrating capability. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 09:30 AM on Friday, August 28, 2026.
