Tender Description
Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites E-bids from contractors for transportation safe handling, erection construction of foundation and back filling of HT structures and transformers at multiple sites in Islamabad. The works include:
- Tender 14: Work at Faizabad to Kurri Road (Rs. 14,204,637)
- Tender 15: Work at Shakrial to Ghori Town (Rs. 14,209,050)
- Tender 16: Work at Gangal to Gulberg Green (Rs. 14,106,582)
- Tender 17: Construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes and construction of transformer plinth for shifting of HT/LT line from Kurri Road to Gulberg Green (Rs. 16,933,690)
These works are to be executed under the jurisdiction of Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. The scope involves safe handling and erection of HT structures and transformers, foundation construction, and back filling.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 renewed up to 30th June 2027, prequalified with Chief Engineer (D&S&S) NTDC Lahore, registered with FBR having NTN, GST, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) active status. Firms must provide fresh bank statements with 25% balance of BOQ cost, submit income tax returns for FY 2025-26, and demonstrate successful completion of similar works in DISCO or government/private housing sectors. Financial criteria for last three years must be verified by audited financial statements with UDIN from reputable chartered accountants.
